Residents of Guiyang City have earned the right to think that they are living in heaven on earth when they saw an unprecedented waterfall cascading out of a high-rise building in the middle of the street.

The 108-metre-tall fall is a remarkable part of the towering Liebian Building, situated at a public plaza in the city’s central business district.

The waterfall is managed by Guizhou Ludiya Property Mnagement Co. and is to serve as a tourist attraction.

Mr Cheng, a spokesperson for the company told Kan Kan News that the main water source is from recycled tap water, rain water or from other channels and that the waterfall is switched on only fir special festivities in the city.
