The video which was condemned by many had very explicit scenes which depicted two people engaging in hot sexual acts.
However, both Paper and Nana Yaa later denied that was what happened, insisting the s*x wasn’t real…until now.
In an interview on Accra-based radio, Class FM, the musician admitted for the first time that he did have sex in the video and also revealed that the model was paid for that.
“So you did (have s*x) in the video?” the host asked the artist, to which he replied: “Yes”
“It was a job and I paid her.” he added.
On whether or not he will shoot such movies in the future he said
“After I trended, I dropped a couple of songs like Sikaduro, Maame Serwaa. I was advised by so many people that this is Ghana, if you have the talent to be able to sing, able to record, I should do the music and stop the nude stuff because at the end of the day the country looks at moral values…so I decided to listen to them although I don’t like to take advise and I stopped the nudes for a bit. I dropped good songs and I realised Ghanaians don’t care about good songs, they care about interesting stuff.”
