The minority NDC has staged a walkout before President Akufo-Addo’s State of the Nation Address.

The minority members walked out of parliament before the President’s State Of The Nation’s Address on Thursday, February 20, 2020.

This happens to be the first time in the history of Ghana’s politics that any side has decided to stage a walk out during such an important event.

The majority NPP however moved to fill the seats left empty by their walk out amidst chants of “bye bye ooo, bye bye ooo”, as they took their exit from parliament.

What’s your opinion on their protest?

A challenge that could give both sexes an equal chance of proving themselves based on merits. There is nothing more inspiring than seeing more and more women joining the executive ranks on the daily. It is genuine inspiration and motivation—although, it comes with its downsides. Get in touch, [email protected]
